PEP refuses to honor 7 day return policy!!!

Bought a phone on Monday 18th June 2018, took it back on Wednesday 20th June 2018 as it did not work. All the manager at the store did was format the phone and send me on my way. Today Thursday 21st June 2018, I returned to the store requesting a refund or exchange as the issues with the phone still persists.

The *********** manager still refuses to assist with refund, she has the audacity to say that I can not use the phone - hence the issues. She blatantly refuses to honor the 7 day return policy.

Would like assistance with this ASAP, I refuse to accept that my money has gone down the drain like this!
