Pep refuse to do any exchanges with tags on when you received an item as a gift

I am very disappointing with Pep stores Somerset West (main Road) and with the whole pep stores group. I have two toddlers and like to buy at either Pep or Ackermans stores for them. My girls receive lots of gifts all the time, most of the gifts was bought from pep and the people do not always buy the right sizes or what the girls really need but they do leave the tags on for me to exchange. I have exchange all the time for sizes or any reasons what suits us with the tags on. Last week Pep stores Somerset refuse to do my return, the tags was on I did not had a receipt because it was a gift. I told the cashier it was a gift the clothes are small, all she said go and ask the receipt for the people who bought the clothes.

All the other stores do the exchanges even Woolworths are doing it. Pep services sucks and I rather not buy from Pep stores any more and I will make sure my family do the same!
