PEP RANDBURG SQUARE BAD TREATMENT FROM STAFF

i would like to complain about Randburg square PEP. bad service on the 08/11/2021 i went to their store after work to withdraw money that was sent to me. as i walk in the store i saw some lady wearing pep uniform and i needed to inquire before holding the Que because i never used pep money before it was my first time, that lady she was not having name tag gave me a bad attitude and she was behind the counter she just told me she's not working there and i said i just need to ask as she continued to ignore me i got frustrated and her colleague came to rescue and assisted she told me to go to the Que the tellers will assist me.

While i was checking the que i took few items that i was gonna pay using the money i will be withdrawing. and i went to a que and moving with it as it was suppose to be my turn to be assisted all the tellers kept us waiting approximately 20 minutes and the store should be closed the que pilles up. the lady who was behind me asked for assistance and still she never got helped as i took out my phone pretended like i was taking a video the started to say NEXT CUSTOMER PLEASE as i went the guy with the name tag (PETER) asked to assist i said i came to withdraw then pay these items and said how much do i want to withdraw? i said R1800 he said he doesn't have it and he sent me to the next teller and the next teller sent me to the other and i got furious i asked to speak to the manager the took 5 minutes to answer as i was suprised also the guy called Simon he's the one who's the manager he couldn't also assist and what where they doing the whole day if they dont have that money but the receive it when someone sent to them.

i asked for all their names and i told them that i will lay a complaint as i received bad treatment from entrance. i need this to dealt with people think when they work in a black area they will disrespect the customers . i'm the paying customer and i'm so dissapointed as i'm the loyal customer also i buy every week from their store but the treatment i received that day was so BADDDDDDDDDDDDDD :-(

PETER (MANAGER) FAITH (THE LADY WHO TOLD ME SHE DOES NOT WORK THERE WHILE SHE WAS WEARING PEP UNIFORM AND STANDING BEHIND THE TELLER MOSIBUSI (TELLER).

I need something to be done with all those bad staff how are we going to do shopping while scared to ask for help in the shop.
