PEP Pta Church Square Branch vs PAXI

Sent a parcel with PAXI at PEP Pretoria Church Square Branch on 28 June 2022 and requested and paiud for fast shipping. Following week when parcel is not moving accordign the tracker I sent enquiry through WHatsapp. On 05 July 2022 PEP Pta Church Square Branch resubmitted my drop off date stating the parcel was only deliverd by me on 05 July 2022 ( Which is a lie!!! I have screenshots as proof). When the parcel finally arrived at destination it was repackaged in three PAXI plastics and items were removed. (Should hav e know better with the staff attitude and dirty store to not conductr bussiness there!!!)
