PEP PROTEA GLEN ******

Today I went to PEP store Protea Glen and when I got there I found a lady by the name of Neo and I asked her how much are the ANTHEM wireless earphones since there was no price tag or rather PI label and she responded with a price that they are R70.00 and then I got to the till just to be rudely *****ed by Neo. She scanned them and looked me dead in the eyes so rude and just said "R80.00" and put them on the counter not apologising for the inconvinienced she caused and just kept quite as if she saying "are you taking them or what". I smiled and looked her in the eyes and bought them, she didn't show any interest in what she was doing and just when I went to the taxi rank I realised I was made a foolcand I was disrespected as a customer, right now I hate PEP honestly.
