PEP Port Edward courier

My grandmother went to PEP store Port Edward today, 03 Feb 21, to courier a parcel to Mall of the South, they couldn't help her because she didn't know the store code of the Mall of the South. How are they expecting a customer (my grandmother) to know PEP store codes. They didn't help her, they sent her back home to google the store code. What a POOR service PEP Store Port Edward, even the manager an Indian lady couldn't help and refused to give her name. I am so disappointed.
