<p>I am not happy with the service I received from Pep. I forgot my pin and I cannot retrieve it. I went to pep branch east rand mall, I was told to contact customer support. customer support is sending me back to the branch and I was also given ***to contact where I had to hold for 10minutes with no response.</p> <p> </p> <p>All I want is my pin so I can withdraw all the money I have and leave pep in peace.</p>
