Pep plumstead store Cape Town one of the worse mangers! If you want to be treated like **** go speak to queen.

On 2 separate occasions I had an incounter with a lady called queen or that's what it said on her name tag. She's the manager at plumstead store in Cape Town. I will never forget my horrible incounter with one of the most rude and unfriendly person I've ever met. My 1st encounter I wanted to come exchange clothing for a bigger size I had bought at pep but at a different store bare in mind I didnt want my money back or anything all I wanted was the samething but in a bigger size however I Misplaced my slip but everything you could clearly see was new with pep tags on. I was told I must speak to the manager which was queen. Her approach immediately was sour and very rude she's didn't try to help me at all and all she said was you didn't buy it at her store and you don't have a slip I can't help you. I even told her I just want a bigger Size that's it, you can see Its brand new it has tags on and it's the pep brand and they had that specific stock she just refused to help. I was extremely ****ed off when I walked out, needless to say I got the help at the pep stores in Kenilworth where they were absolutely friendly and helpful. So I was going to let it go then my 2nd incounter with the same manager queen u just couldn't let it go which is why I'm writing this review. Firstly I didn't want to go back to that store due to my previous experience with the manager but it's very close to where I Stay and time was not on our side. One Saturday we can to the pep store literally a few seconds before it was closing we got to the door and the manager queen had just closed the door we begged her could we please just by a shoe for our son we'll be so so quick a very unfriendly Manger queen (saw her name tag) said no it's already closing time she can't help us. I couldn't believe her my boyfriend begged her again saying our son has no shoes on can we just quickly get a pair and she said no sorry. There was a line with 4 customers standing in the line waiting to pay we would have been done so quick even before the 4 customers were helped it really would have been nothing to just help us quickly. My point in trying to make people like queen the manager at plumstead shouldn't be put in a position like that she is unprofessional, unpleasant, rude, has no way of speaking to people or dealing with people period, has absolutely no customer service yet she's the Manger of the store, she's suppose to be the example to other. She's the reason I'm writing this review she's the reason I will rather drive futher to another store that to come to the plumstead store. If that's the way she treats a paying customer I wonder how she treats the staff. She doesn't deserve to be the manager or to be in a position where she deals with people period she's hurting your plumstead store and you've just lost a customer and who knows how many more. And one more thing she kept ofn saying it's her store so she's someone that has a big chip on her shoulder and that's not the leader you want in that position her attitude stinks and shes not a people's person or and approachable person.
