Pep pinetown Hillstreet tampered with my paxi parcel

last week i sent a parcel via paxi at pep in pinetown hillstreet....i packed all the stuff to be sent instore than sealed the paxi plastic then it was scanned nd i left today the receiver tells me the plastic was opened when she collected the parcel nd they refused to take it back saying it was not their fault im very dissappointed with pep in hillstreet pinetown i dnt understand why they opened my parcel im sooo angry nd i hate pep
