Pep phones handset is useless

I am very unhappy with the 4+ touch phone I bought at pep literally a month ago<br> <br> It freezes, goes blank when downloading and the worst is the battery must always stay on charge otherwise it switches off<br> <br> when I went to the branch I bought it from I was told I need the slip which I have misplaced and I was also told that there is nothing they can do from their side .<br> <br> I still have the box and all the details for the phone.<br> <br> I am deeply upset and will surely not be buying from pep cell or recommending them to my friends anytime soon.<br> <br> I mean this phone is obviously exclusive to pep so they need to make sure that its up to standard.<br> <br> dissappointed
