Pep phoenix plaza disgusting service

Went to pep in phoenix plaza on the 29th April 2023. The queue was crazy and when I finally got to my turn the lady at the till decided to help a gentleman standing beside me instead of me. She then said I'm still busy that's why I didn't say next. I asked should I wait for her to finish or is she asking me to join the queue again which I cannot do. She said do whatever you want with a rude stinking attitude. I walked out leaving everything behind. There are thousands of people in the country looking for work and this ungrateful woman decides she can speak to anyone in any manner. What rude pathetic service. You should review your staff because this woman is clearly too entitled to be dealing in customer service
