Pep Pexi The bridge Shopping centre

I send parcels using pexi almost every day My nearest pep store has excuse every day that their device is not working and this has been happening since last year.Yesterday I asked to see if the device is really not working but they refuse.When I go to the Pep stores at Parkcentral mall the Pexi is always working but The one at The bridge Shopping centre is never working ,I can check 3 times a day ,5 consecutive days their system is always down.You can even check by the amount of parcels that are not being collected at that store as they refuse to help customers
