PEP Personnel useless!!!

Ever since I have been sending Pep PAXI parcels the past 5 months, I ALLWAYS have an issue at our local Pep, Bloemhof, NW. Some, but not all of my complaints: 1. They NEVER have the R50 bags available. 2. I asked for a bag to take home to pack the stuff I wanted to send, and they accused me of wanting to ***** the bag. How the hell can I ***** a bag, when I have to go and PAY for it by the teller if I want to have it send????? 3. I receive on average about 5 paxi parcels per WEEK, and it is forever a damn issue when I finally get to the tills and the girl just rolls her eyes and screams to the back "PAXI, HELP PLEASE". Are they not trained in customer service or on the Paxi system??

I was so impressed with delivery times and the affordability of the PAxi service, I even cancelled my contract with the courier. Now I feel anxious every time I have to either send/ collect a paxi parcel at Bloemhof, NW Pep. No Service, No Knowledge, DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS.
