Pep paxi, watch out your package get lost in the store

Good day

I went to pep at Garden Route mall yesterday to send a paxi parcel.

I still didn't receive an sms with my tracking number.

I phoned the 3 times and everytime the manager just laughed and said I shouldn't worry I will get an sms when the courier collect the parcels from them.

I just phoned again, the courier collected all the parcel and I still didn't receive an sms. So I contacted paxi, they took my id number, full name, tel number etc and then told me the drop at the store was never made, the parcel is not in their system.

So now what, what did the cashier do with my parcel, the srore manager is ignoring my phonecalls now and they are not doing anything about it.
