Pep, paxi too slow

I used paxi for the first time and I will never use their service again. They take forever I'm still waiting for my parcel since last week Wednesday, a whole week. My package was coming from Musina to Soweto but when you track it they somehow took it to Durban before bringing it to Gauteng. The package I sent was worth R50 and have used Postnet paying the same amount but they were much faster. So I will stick with them rather.
