PEP PAXI POOR SERVICE

I'm so upset with Pep paxi i expecting to receive my order and when i visit pep stores at Fish hoek its stories. The parcel is still at Ram Cape Town Hub since the 26th of May 2020. Whenever ever i call or visit the store they promising to resolve this. I am sick and tired of moving around wasting my money on fuel and on airtime. You don't even come back to me i must always check on you guys.
