PEP PAXI poor service

A parcel was sent to me on the 2nd of December 2025 and was suppose to get to me on the 09 of December 2025 my parcel hasn't arrived as of today and it's the 16 of January 2026, been calling and they said they will investigate and get back to me no one did I've been the one calling every other day and them with their poor customer service they were clueless with what's happening today on the portal it says Parcel closure and they said they can't locate my parcel when I call, and I must claim. I'm never using Paxi again with their poor services and lack of accountability
