Pep paxi parcel missing for a week now!
Had a parcel sent on the 05/07/2018, i chose the 3 day delivery. It is now the 12th of July, the parcel still hasn’t reached my customer and when i trace it, the status shows that the parcel is missing. When i call no one can give a straight answer as to where the parcel is and what happened. Can somebody please help!!!! I need the parcel to be delivered to my customer today! This is frustrating.
