Pep Paxi not Reliable

Your Paxi Courier service is the worst product I have ever interacted with. My parcel was declared lost after not being traceable for 4 days. I am told it got lost at some hub. When I read the reviews on this product, people are complaining about losing their parcels and nobody is ever able to trace them similar to mine. You promised us Reliability on your website, is this what you meant? You are quick to offer people the pay out of R500 because what we lose as clients is far worth more than what you are willing to pay for. Nobody in store told me this is not insured, nor that a max clam is R500. I lost an item worth close to R3000. Never again!
