Pep Paxi nonsensical new rule

Yesterday at approximately 13:12 pm I was at Pep Clothing in Palmridge. I've used Paxi services for my business and I've never had difficulties in getting a parcel shipped. However yesterday Lindo wanted me to unwrap my parcel stating she wants to see it after I'd declared what it was that I wanted to be delivered.

As a small business owner I pride myself in my packaging and make sure my customers are satisfied with what I've delivered. I did not want to mess the integrity of my parcel as it was wrapped and ready to go. I was dumbfounded as to why now Pep Clothing in Palmridge wants me to unwrap my parcel and then make it lose its value... unwrapping is for my customers, imagine now they'll be receiving a package that's opened and I lose even more potential customers because word of mouth spreads.

After quick thinking I decided to use Pudo services in Sam Ntuli Mall and my parcels integrity was intact, I'll be spreading the word to my fellow small business owners about Pep Clothing in Palmridge that they shouldn't utilize their Paxi services as I'm utterly disappointed.
