Pep Paxi it's a nightmare courier service

I'm an unemployed mom of three and my parcel was sent on 03/09/19 and I was supposed to receive it within 3-5days and til to date I'm still waiting. Called the call center and they are so rude and they always promise to communicate with me but none of them called. I spoke to Rafiq, Naledi,Aviwe ..... all bunch of poor service consultants. I need my parcel as in now.
