Pep paxi is the worst courier ever!!!

Pep paxi is the worst don't ever use it,choose the 3-5 days option yet 10 days later I'm still waiting for my parcel needed the clothes for the 28th December had to buy new clothes for the ceremony,worst courier ever !!
