PEP PAXI IS HORRIBLE

I have sent a parcel on the 27th may using paxi, bought the 3-5 days packaging, the status on the system is not updated, parcel is not delivered, i have tried to call them daily for answers, i got none, am always promised feedback, i dont get any, except that i have to use my airtime daily to call and check, but they keep going into cycles, today i called i had to hold on for 15 minutes just to get cut off
