Pep paxi is a ****

I’m very furious with PAXI from pep, you people have zero customer service and don’t deliver, I sent my package on the 19 September from Cape Town to Kanyamazane pep store, I was informed it would take 6 days max but till today my parcel is not delivered, tracking it, it was last updated on the 29th September that it’s waiting for delivery from the nelspruit pep store, if I had known the would happen I was gonna bother coz I usually use postnet and it takes 3 days now I’m stuck and ur call center isn’t even helpful at all..., ****** amateurs.... just useless, they need to stop taking people’s stuff if they don’t plan to deliver!!!!
