Pep Paxi is *************.

I sent a parcel with Paxi at Pep Elgin Mall Birchleigh on the 3rd of December and paid R150 for a 3-5 days delivery period. The parcel is supposed to go to King William's Town, but today the 11th of December (8 days later) they say that my parcel is delayed meaning that I paid for a service which I did not receive. Why make people pay for a swift service when you know you can't keep up with the delivery? I do not recommend this business to anyone especially if your parcel is urgent. Zero stars if you ask me. I will never trust Pep Paxi again.
