Pep Paxi inside job.
I sent a paxi on the 3rd of August 2022 at Pep Home Bronkhorstspruit with R130 for Big Bag, the cashier asked what is inside i said its clothes. Now when I check paxi tracking it says my parcel investigations what what. When i call the call centre the say my paxi is missing instore they will compansate me with R500, for a clothes worth R3000, please assist me. How can a parcel get missing instore.
