Pep paxi failed me

I sell for a living. Last week i recived an oder from a client in cape town for 11 pairs of morning shoes, i adviced her to pay for paxi couriers of R110 since its the fastest with a max of 5days. I sent the parcel on 27th May until today the parcel shows no movement. I used all my profit on calling paxi to try and fix this but they could not instead i had to be put on hold for no solution after that. What i was told by paxi is that instead of my parcel to be collected by courier for delivery were i droped it, it was given to someone else instead but the person returned the parcel to the store the next day after realising its not theirs. How it happened i dont knw even paxi says they dont know. So now ny client have started calling me names, im now a ****er to her. New clients are canceling their oders. Im shattered.
