PEP Paxi Delivery

I recently used PEP paxi parcel. My parcel was dropped of in Middelburg easterncape. I live in vredenburg Western Cape. According to the tracking. My parcel went from Middelburg to Bloemfontein. And than from Bloemfontein to Durban? Why? I chose the 6to 9 days. It has been 6Days already with my parcel now in Durban. Worst delivery service!
