Pep Paxi courier's services is terrible! Will not recommend it.

Terrible terrible service! Makes a mistake by typing in wrong destination. My parcel needs to go to Hartenbos, the assistant types in Hartebee****rt!!! Upon enquiry, says now needs to be re-rooted and awaiting a token from Head office which could take another 5 days! I paid for 3-5 days, now I get a 10 days deal. For a so called quicker courier service! After complaining to 3 people only the 4th person calls back, but just apologizes and says there is nothing she can do to speed up the process.
