PEP PAXI Courier - water damage

Used Pep Paxi to send a package from Soweto to Edenvale. I took the cheapest option which took about 8 days which was expected. I purchased a electronic part and asked the seller to wrap it in newspaper which he did. After opening the item the news paper was all wet it seems somehow this item might have been submerged in water. The car part was all moist and I suspect that it is now damaged and useless.
