Pep paxi at PEP Albertina Sisulu Rd, Johannesburg

I have dropped a parcel yesterday for paxi at PEP Albertina Sisulu Rd, Johannesburg. I don't not receive any sms yesterday even today no sms. I have tried to contact paxi and they told me the store did not drop the parcel I must go back to the store. I am 300km away. I can't go back to the store for the mistake that they did. Not my mistake. I dropped an urgent parcel hence I chose the 3 to 5 days plastic. Even paid for insurance for it but they didn't do their job properly. Who is going to cover the costs for me to go back to the store. Their landline number is not even working its always busy.
