I delivered a parcel at the pep in belleville for the parcel to be delivered in hennerman they promised 5-7 days. Guess what my parcel is still waiting upliftment. Today is the 11th dropped the parcel the 4th. This is totally unacceptable. Phoned customer care yesterday since the morning but with no success.
