Pep Paxi

Pep Paxi courier is the pits.This is now the second time I am experiencing their incompetence.I sent an important package with them. It was supposed to arrived today but it's still with courier. The receiver has been waiting only to be told it hasn't arrived. What is the use of paying so much money for urgency then everything to be so delayed.I won't dare recommend their services to anyone.They don't even bother informing you about the delay. Which clearly shows they have regard for their customers. Such an awful service. Don't even dare use Pep Paxi you be so disappointed
