Pep pathetic

My daughter sent me a parcel using Pep Paxi. Be aware people, they treat your parcel the same way they treat customers. With contempt and couldn’t care less attitude. One parcel to me, contents smashed beyond recognition. One parcel to her sister, the same outcome. The response is that they take no responsibility for breakages. I can only assume that they throw the parcel around, drop it, and make sure as much damage is caused as they possibly can. My receiving store, at Garden Route Mall, we’re quite concerned, not the same attitude my daughter received at Atterbury, where they give her terrible service for bringing too many parcels!! Don’t place your trust in this service - it stinks!!!
