Pep Park Central Jhb Cbd disrespecting clients!

The trading hours of Pep Park Central Jhb Cbd on Sundays is 09:00-16:00 as per the notice in front of their store. Today, 16 Feb 2025, Sunday, i went to Pep, i got there at 9:03, the store was not open and there were cashiers inside the store having a meeting. There were around 7 clients waiting outside of the store to open, the cashiers did not even bother to come and update us what is happening until we signalled to them to come forward.... 1 of the cashiers eventually came and opened the door slightly with an attitude and she said ' the system is offline'....We then asked her why are they just sitting inside looking at customers through the glass door and not informing them at 9 that they are offline.... she harshly closed the door with an attitude. Please treat your clients with respect and respect their time as well, and train your stuff on soft skills and basic customer care especially when it comes to serving a black community. Funny enough you will never get this treatment in areas were they serve white people.
