PEP PALM SPRINGS EVATON

I bought school shoes for my daughter on the 4th of September for R339.00 ....she wore the shoes to school on the 5th only to find that 1 is not comfortable she couldnt walk in it when i went to PEP STORE PALM SPRINGS EVATON to exchange the shoes for a bigger size the cashier KHANYI and thELe manager MARIA said no they wont now my daughter is without school shoes and she cant wear the new ones i bought because 1 shoe is not fitting
