PEP not safe with your money

My mother went to deposit money at PEP cell in QUmbu Eastern Cape. The total amount she deposited was R900 split into 3 and R300 to each person she was sending to. She sent the numbers to the recipients and when they went to withdraw the money they were told the money has been withdrawn already. My mother went back to the store and she was given a number to call. When she called that number she was told the money was withdrawn in Umtata and she must open a case. The problem now with this whole thing is how can people withdraw money when all the numbers where with my mother unless someone from the store is the one that gave those people the numbers. If PEP employs ******* or their system is unsafe customers diserve refunds. Our mothers work hard for this money and the money was sent because someone was in need. We are paying for these services and it is not a free service. Please refund her her money!!!
