PEP NOT KEEPING TO THEIR RETURN POLICY - VERY RUDE EMPLOYEE

Bought a phone on 1 June 2018 which is advertised as able to be used for whatsapp from Pep Meyerton for my employee. Got them to load airtime on the phone. Got home and installed whatsapp. Phone was working fine for 2 days and then suddenly whatsapp just dissapeared from the phone and it kept on saying that it had reached it's memory limit. NO pictures, movies or music has been loaded. I contacted Mobicell to ask for advice and was told to send pic, music etc to my sd card. I told them there was nothing except whatsapp on the phone. Told me to factory reset. Now it asks for google sign in. There is no google account! They then told me to take it back to Pep and as it was less than 7 days they would exchange the handset. Got there and this woman Olga at Pep starts shouting at me because I contacted Mobicell and not them direct. Then tells me that there is nothing wrong with the phone and that I need to add another 8 gig memory card as the 4 gig internal of the phone is not enought to run whatsapp!! Bull****!! Whatsapp is only 28mb to install Have another type of phone which is also 4 gig internal memory on which we have whatsapp, facebook and several other apps which are all running PLUS there are photos and video clips on it!! She refused to exchange the handset and when I insisted according with their returns policy that she give me a refund, she refused. Pep's return policy is clearly stated on their website as: “PEP offers the best prices consistently and our products are available in all sizes and colors. We give Money back guarantee in case you are not happy with our product” I was not happy with the product, but all I got was abuse from an extremely arrogant employee. Still now stuck with a brand new handset that nothing can be done with!!
