PEP not Assisting in Frodulent purchase.

Pep does not want to assist me in getting a reprint of a slip after a purchase was done on my card.Someone used my ackermans card at Pep General Delaryvile to make a purchase of R699.i need the slip to open a case with SAPS.Pep does not want to assist and I am the account holder and payer.
