PEP no return on cellphones clause

I sent somebody to buy me a phone. They went to PEP and got the incorrect phone as PEP does not have the phone I want. PEP is clever enough to make them sign stating that they are unable to return the phone, meaning that once you buy from them, even if its the wrong item, you are stuck with it unless it's faulty. So yes my money, but somebody signing who was misinformed, now I'm stuck with something I do not want. Shame on you PEP
