Pep no refund policy

Bought Cuddlesome nappies for my baby The nappies do NOT have any gel core like it is supposed to have Called Customer Care, they INSIST I must have a slip which I threw away so no exchange or refund for me, just tough luck, you just waisted R140 on a default product you cannot use, its not our problem. WORST EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
