Pep - no phone
Just tried to contact Pep Robertson P7217 - and the phone just rings and rings - no answer - trying to talk to them about a PAXI parcel that arrived yesterday - the person collecting it is away for 21 days in the USA - I wanted to keep it there - don`t send it back

12 Jun 2026, 16:07I have had not reply from Pep - and I have just got hold of Pep Robertson - and spoke to the manager - a lady - and she told me it is against company policy to hold parcels - even if you phone and explain that my friend has gone to the USA for 2 weeks - it shows that Pep has no customer service
