PEP NEED TO SORT OUT THE REFUND SYSTEM/POLICY

I went to Pep story clothing this morning(Fernadale on Main store), I was there around 08h30 for a refund, to my surprise I was told there is no money I should come back at 10h00, for God sake its festive, one has million things to do, hence they also open the shop at 08h00 compare to traditional 09h00. I spoke to the manager, who said its not her but their system that doesn't allow them, she was basically saying they don't have cash to refund me, so I have to put my life on hold until they have made some sales for me to be refunded, what nonsense is that? So their system is one sided, it managed to take my money but it has limitation when it's supposed to refund me. I tried to call the customer call centre, after several attempts they finally picked up my call, I didn't even get the name of the agent because she answered the call by a very cold HELLO, again I couldn't get a clarity as to why would they open a shop with empty tills, my refund is a mere R111-00 but Pep store doesn't have that amount yet the shop is open. Flipping crazy and damn right annoying. Never ever again am I gonna do business with Pep. Their system only favours them not the customer.
