PEP must up their security measures when it comes to money withdrawals

I'm writing this message to show how furious I am. I was ****med through PEP Stores, one gentleman called me yesterday using +27 82 ********** claiming to be from the City Health in Durban that there's an HIV/AIDS AWARENESS taking place on the 18 May 2019 in collaboration with the KZN Provincial Department of Health.

This gentleman sounded to genuine and legit in everything we were talking about over the phone. He gave me a number of some guy by the name of Arthur Malevu who will give/lend me a certificate of delivery since he is already on the city's database and I then went to PEP EDENDALE MALL PIETERMARITZBURG to deposit the R1200 requested and forwarded the withdrawal details to Arthur Malevu.

This morning I was asked to come to their offices in Durban Old Fort Road and this guy Dlamini kept on calling me promising me the world thereafter I received a call back from Arthur Malevu requesting R400 extra due to fallouts and the money was to cover the lending of the certificate for 8 days, I then went to PEP store in.......and deposited R250 extra. After that they're cellphones were off....I request PEP STORES to retrieve information so I can open a case because you can never withdraw the money without your personal ID book. I THEN went to the City Health Offices and these guys were unknown to the staff.

I'm angry!!! I was ****med R1450 through PEP.
