Pep Mthatha Plaza is a ****

My nanny went to Pep to send money home on Saturday, an amount of R1300. They did not recieve the funds as its showing that it has been with drawn. Deposit was done at 12:20,withdrawal took place exactly 12:24 at the same Mall. When she goes back today to check what could have have happened with the money the person Who was assisting her was not her, she was told she has been transfered from another branch she is not based there. This is not the first time you are having these complaints but looks like noṱhing is done by it.Does the Company dont do backgroung check on their employees. I am expecting thsi matter to be resolved with immediate EFFECT, as my nanny kids are waiting for this money to buy groceries.
