Pep money transfer system , whonis *****ing our money?

I am very concerned about our hard earned money dissapearing at Pep store when doing money transfers, what bothers me is I wonderbif pep indeed investigate this matter, or they only tell us to open case and let it go. If really they care about their customers why they do not stop this transfers if their system is flawed? Why allowing people to keeping depositing money in your stores? And they do not refund when your money has been withdrawn *******. Do you really care about customers? Your money transfer system is flawed, Pep what are you doing about this? It is 2019 now people are still experiencing same issue.

I lost R3000.00 due to someone withdrawing my money without my knowledge. And pep does not respond to hellopeter reviews. #PEPBRINGBACKOURMONEY
