Pep money transfer ****!!!!!

My husband sent R1200 through pep cash send at Embalenhle pep store on the 26 Oct 2022, on the following day when my mother in law goes to withdraw the money at umzimkhulu, KZN she is told the money has been withdrawn.... my husband called the customer service, and he was told the money was withdrawn 10minutes after it was deposited at an Absa branch at Embalenhle and he should open the case with the police. I believe the pep should do more in assisting it customers, rather than just sending them to the police knowing very well that the process will drag until the customer gives up!!!!! I advice everyone to stay away from pep money transfer!!
