Pep Money Transfer not a success

I have deposited an amount of R1300 on 09 June 18 at PEP Protea Gardens Mall in Soweto gave the voucher number to the recipient. She went to withdraw the money o. Monday 11 June 18 at ABSA Johannesburg Station at around 14:00. The ATM automatically rejected the transaction giving her an error messagr for several times, so she gave up and left. She went again on Wednesday 13 June 18 only to find out that the money has been withdrawn. I then called the call centre so escalate the matter for investigation if indeed the money has been withdrawn I have not yet not been informed regarding the matter. I am very frustrated and unfortunately there's is no way that ABSA can assist me with out the escalation from Pep.
