Pep money transfer is a ****!

I have been hearing how Pep ****s people of their money transfers. Today it happened to me. I paid money in for someone by the time they went to get it inside the store it was already withdrawn at ABSA ATM apparently in Qumbu as per number called on slip. The pin was never compromised, she only gave the numbers to the cashier who said that they were incorrect. She then handed over phone to her to check for herself as my Mom is old so she thought maybe she couldn't see properly. Only for the cashier to say money had been taken out already. It was 5 minutes apart from the time I sent her an SMS and when the money was withdrawn yet she was still queueing at the till. I suspect your employees are ****** and can't be trusted, I've opened up a case with the police station as well.
