Pep money transfer is a ****

My Sister sent R400 through pep cash send at Qoboqobo pep store , and when i went to withdraw in pretoria it was already withdrawn .... my sister called the customer service, and she was told the money was withdrawn somewhere in Mpumalanga by the first consultant and the second consultant said it was withdrawn in Pretoria the very same time I tried and it was withdrawn and they told her that she should open the case with the police and the police told her that they playing games with her at pep store. I believe the pep should do more in assisting its customers, rather than just sending them to the police knowing very well that the process will drag until the customer gives up!!!!! I advice everyone to stay away from pep money transfer!!
